Eligibility

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Size Exchange

If an item doesn't fit, you may request a size exchange, subject to stock availability of the requested size.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during a Flash Sale or marked as final sale, as well as innerwear and accessories for hygiene reasons, are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange, please contact us via our Contact Us page or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the pickup and exchange process.

Refunds

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are processed back to the original payment method. Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded via bKash or bank transfer, once the returned item is received and inspected.
