We currently deliver across Bangladesh, including inside and outside Dhaka, through our courier partners.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option you select. Any applicable rate will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.

Delivery Time

Orders inside Dhaka are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. Orders outside Dhaka may take 3–7 business days depending on the destination. These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (e.g. sale campaigns).

Once your order is shipped, you can view its status from your account under My Orders.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, or provide accurate alternate contact details in the order notes.
